One of my favorite quotes.  Not accurate any more....

Aerodynamics are for people who can’t build engines. – Enzo Ferrari

The author writes...."of the FF, why do so many dislike it" ?  How about the fact that is ugly ?  And I do mean UGLY !!

I guess the phrase, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" applies here.  Being that the title is "The most beautiful Ferraris ever", I am surprised the author includes the 400i (amongst others) and then talks about it's plainness.  Is it plain or one of the most beautiful?  Also the author seems to speak on behalf of others when stating that "we're" more partial to the color silver over red when referring to the 575 series.

Personally, how the FF made this list is beyond me.  The styling looks like Ferrari took a BMW Z3 coupe and rebadged it.  Almost looks utilitarian from the rear.  And last but not least, the 308 gts series?  The highest selling model Ferrari ever produced?  God knows people didn't buy it for it's performance factor (being that the average 911 of that era could always out perform it), so I'm inclined to think styling played a roll. It's styling carried it's influence into the 328 series as well as the '84 GTO listed.  I do realize the article is subjective, just adding my two cents.

I do consider most Ferrari's to be truly beautiful.  The Daytona spider was always one of my personal favorites.

My favorite Ferrari is the 1962 GTO.  Ferrari built the GTO to dominate GT racing worldwide.  Similarly, Chevrolet came out with the gorgeous 1963 Corvette sting ray split-window coupe, also to dominate worldwide GT racing.  Of course, The chicken farmer from Texas built the Shelby Cobra in 1962, which beat up on Ferrari and Corvette, narrowly missing the world championship (cobra coupe) in 1965 because of Enzo Ferrari's cheating, and did win the championship in 1966.  Not to mention the GT-40's that won lemans and many other key races throughout the rest of the 1960's.  "You just red, that's about all".

Really??? Where are the Lusso and the 250 SWB?

Have to agree with Jay Dee--to leave out the mid 60s Lusso Berlinetta, clearly the single most beautiful Ferrari design ever, and yet include several of the more unfortunate examples--just wrong.

The writer chose some of the ugliest Ferraris ever made.  The modern TR, F40 and the Enzo aren't beautiful. The Daytona and the 275 are nice but I never understood the love for the 250GTO.

The 246 Dino looks like a Italian 1994 MR2.

Id rather have a Maserati Bora or a Lancia MonteCarlo.

The 365 on Miami Vice was a Kit car they couldn't afford to buy or lease a real one, funny the kit car had a Corvette Engine. Later in the last few years they were able to get a real testarossa .

Thanks for not mentioning my two favorites the 360 Modena and the F50 because I'll be able to buy them a lot cheaper since nobody wants one.
