Wish Subaru hadn't discontinued the hatchback version of the WRX.
And I'm not necessarily a big Dodge fan, but the Hellcat is a beautiful car. Well done, Dodge.

The Challenger is not "Mated exclusively to a bespoke automatic transmission..." as the article states. It's available with an 8-speed automatic or a 6-speed manual.

I'm waiting for the Charger version expected to be announced this Fall. Next year is trade-in time, and I'd love to be driving around in a 707hp full-factory-warranty 4-door sedan with all the badges removed.
I prefer the styling of the current 300's over the new Chargers, but no more 300SRT.

The new Mustang with the 4 cylinder should please even the economy minded while the 5.0 is for the serious stuff when Ford invented the pony car I had no idea they would turn out this well years later, congrats. The AC Cobra seams to have set the stage for this baby with just a little 289 they took on the world.

Personally excited about the BMW M4, Alfa 4C and the Cayman GTS. Glad to see the updates in the Mustang.  Always been pleased with that car.

"an unquestioningly improved aggressive exterior"?  I'm a Mustang guy.  Have always owned Mustangs and will by a 2016 or 17 (don't like buying first year models, too many bugs).  "An improved aggressive exterior."  The writer obviously hasn't looked at the past 05-14 styles.

Editors, please fix the information about the Hellcat - it is available with either an 8 speed TorqueFlight automatic or 6 speed manual.

What percent of gm cars are made in America?

 

70% of all GM vehicles are not made in the U.S. So 30% are built here but some of the engines, transmissions, and other parts are made in other countries. 

 

There is nothing that is 100% American made now!

05 mistake see below sometimes people loose me when they get the Camaro and Mustangs crosed:

 

After exterior updates for 2010, the Ford Mustang receives two all-new engines for 2011: a 3.7-liter V6 and a 5.0-liter V8. I drove the V6 convertible with the new base engine, a thoroughly modern 3.7-liter 305-horsepower V6 that severs any ties with Mustangs past. It features the latest engine technologies for performance and efficiency — and it's rated at 30 mpg highway. This high-performance all-aluminum V6 revs quickly to 7000 rpm with decent low-end torque and has a surprisingly throaty roar at higher rpm. As good as this engine is, I did occasionally miss the additional low-end grunt of a V8, but this car has all the power it needs. The clutch and 6-speed manual transmission are also new and spectacular; the clutch is smooth, and shifting is precise. Ford continues to move this pony closer to a true sports car — add the new 5.0-liter V8 and it may just cross that line. –Mike Meredith

Ford transmissions are made in Germany, China, France, USA, and Mexico but see below:

Well, this is going to get me in trouble with the “buy American” crowd, but I can’t help myself.

What could be more American than a Camaro? It’s both a Chevrolet and a muscle car.

Except it’s built in Canada – with major parts made in Mexico and – the horror! – France.

Camaro’s V-6 engine is hecho en Mexico. The six-speed automatic comes from La France. The car itself is assembled in Ontario by Canadians. Only about half the car is technically American – and none of it is made by Americans.

So what were you saying 05 mistake?
