@surreyite - The Caterham is an awesome car, but it is basically a go cart. There is absolutely 0 practicality. radio? windows? top that takes less then 10 minutes to put on? Newp. Give me 100k to blow on a car I can only drive 6 months out of the year, and it would be either a Caterham or Donkervoort easily. Otherwise, I'll stick with the Triumph. Cheap, good mileage, less plastic than new garbage, and I can work on it myself without 20k in tools.
Also, most ppl don't realize that most Japanese cars are only ENGINEERED in Japan. Kia, Toyota, Subaru, Honda, Hyundai all have US factories. Others may have also. Many US car companies have closed US factories and moved them to Mexico for cheaper non-union labor.
