Do you guys have any idea how "STUPID" those big 22 and 24 inch wheels look?

Finally some cars "I" can appreciate.  From an era where cars were considered art and an extension of ones personality.  Although not a fan of wheels bigger than 15", I'm not one to bash.

Best Cruisin is coming up Oct 5-Oct 12.. Cruisin the Coast on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Will see almost any car ever made in the U. S.  At least the ones 25 years old or older. . And I agree Quiet Hawk those wheels look stupid on vintage cars.

I'm taking a wild stab, but it doesn't seem the editorial staff of this article are Ford fans?

"And for those hip enough to tap into the street rod and custom car scene, summer in the Seattle area also means the Goodguys Pacific Northwest Nationals"

Which displayed exactly 0 cars from Seattle, about a third of those represented here from Canada.  Proving once again that although Seattle talks the biggest game in the country about what is hip, she rarely has more than her over-caffeinated pseudo-hipster elite to represent.

Nice cars but, MSN may be missing the biggest car story of the week. This weekend in Metro Detroit, the Woodward Dream Cruise is underway.

I still prefer a more stock height and wheel size.  These rods look too low to drive and I would want to drive mine.  The 65 Chevelle is my favorite, just needs a lift.  If you want low, buy a Corvette.  I had friends with the stock Riviera back in the 60s, nice cars.

Back in the day the grunge  look consisted of a spray can of flat black primer for your wheels hey guys the wheel manufacturer is making a killing on all you guys who fell for the oldies trick in the book. Making you think that black wheels look good . They are as ugly as it was in the 60's and 70's. 'Think for a moment they don't have to polish  or chrome or anodize and still make money of you with no quality.
I'm just saying
