OK, so what are the 10 cheapest cars!  Your lead-in to the article is mis-leading!

I LIKE THESE LEAD STATEMENTS. 1O MOST BLA BLA CARS AND GO TO THE SITE AND NO LIST OF TEN CARS . SEARCH TO FIND ANYTHING ABOUT THE CARS. JUST ADS TO SELL SOMETHING. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Have the reviewer driven a Nissan Versa? I was given one as a rental car while my car was having work done. I was run off the freeway because it has NO acceleration. NONE! It may be cheap to own, but you are risking you life in it.

I just LOVE these articles.  Using MSN Money's own affordability calculator, which states that costs for an automobile should not exceed 10% of your income, these "cheapest" vehicles would require incomes between $52,000 to $60,000 a year!

Incomes higher than the national average and median.

More proof that the average person can't afford the cheapest cars let alone the average one.

Buy a cheap, fuel efficient car and you may still be able to drive to the poor house.

We have a Soul and it goes past gas stations with ease but, when you step on the gas it says" you got to be kidding me, do what?  oh, alright give me a minute i'll get there

I hate the 'gangsta' commercials which promote the Soul and would not want to be affiliated with that.  I thought the other commercials with the hamsters were quite amusing, but the 'gangsta' ones? NO!

I would take my 1989 geo metro over any of those cars. averaged 50+ mpg put over 300.000 miles, low maint. want to say anything bad,I hit a cow at 55mph. in a 1996 metro. had one little cut on my knee. totaled  cow and car. yes, cow do fly.

Where's the Chevy Cruze?  Costs less than any of the cars listed, insurance is cheep and it gets incredible gas milage...  Article must have been written by someone with no idea what they're talking about...
