I know people who have owned foreign cars that regretted IT.vw's, bmw's and my favorite, the beautiful Porsche. They hibernated in the service bays. Ford; if I can, the 97 Crown Vic that sits in my drive way, will one day be replaced by another Ford. the first two fgn cars I mentioned were owned by my dentist. while his cars(both at the same time) were in the service bays he drove to work daily in an old Ford truck. you cannot get to work daily in a stylish, useless, new car that live in the service bays.

The 3 cylinder car I had was the Daihatsu Charade that got 36 mph hwy. . Ford says it will come out with a 3 Cyliinder Ford. I can't wait if it is as comfortable as my 1993 F15o I am driving now with over 250.000 miles or my Dihatsiu we drove 200,000+ it was a 1988, plent of leg room, and set 4.
