Repair Hotline™ is a pay per call, telephone diagnostic and repair service that provides professional real-time assistance to technicians working on hard to diagnosis issues. Identifix's industry leading hotline is used by nearly 15,000 automotive repair shops annually. Calls are routed to Identifix's 45+ carline specialists; producing a first call resolution rate of 72% and a final resolution rate of 98.9%.
