Would it kill you MSN, to caption the cars with year, make, and model? Oh, I forget; you're writers are all 20 somethings that only know  models of cell phones !

Nice too see good news coming out of Detroit. The many once beautiful buildings going into decay along with the original American dream. Anyway, here's to those who are trying to save this once great city.  I believe creative shifts in manufacturing could someday do that. And sincerely wish Motor City luck.

I lived in Detroit in '70 and '71 and cruised Woodward every Friday and Saturday night looking for a "run" in my '68 Roadrunner. I had the time of my life and met a lot of nice people. Now I  drive from Rochester, NY annually to attend this event.  This is the greatest cruise I've ever seen. You really get to understand why Detroit is called the Motor City.  Although the "official" cruise is only one day, the area muscle cars start exercising their muscles many days in advance, and continue a few days after.  If you know where to go you'll get the "before party" and the "after party".

Kudos to the sponsors, the people of Detroit  and surrounding areas for their support, and to all those that make this such an amazing event.  Let's cruise Woodward forever.

the Dream Cruise is so cool even if you're not a car lover. I worked at the Burger King on 13 & Woodward for 3 of the Dream Cruise's and it would take hours to get from 7 mile & Woodward to 13 & Woodward but the sight of the cars made the ride bearable, just to get to work and be swamped until closing time. My husband is a car lover and never heard of the Dream Cruise until I told him about it and now he's dying to go! Haven't been in a few years but we'll try to make it to the next one so he can be in awe of the cars that are brought out for this event. #missingmyhometown313

yeah the dream cruise is great to bad it doesn't go to detroit, seeing it is the detroit dream cruise. it should be the suburban dream cruise. it stops on woodard in ferndale and turns around .use Detroit's name ,but dont really use detroit !
