The rich simply have too much money and the government has too little to maintain a strong infrastructure and do anything big..   Start raising all SS and medicaid  deductions by a half percent with no ceiling and no exceptions.

Leave taxes the same on up to 100k, increase 100k to 150k by 1%more, 150k to 200k by 2%more, 200k to 250k by 3% more.....on up to ..1million to 1.5 30%more, on up until you have a top.section that is charged a total of 90%  (Getting that extra 16th million would yield so little that maybe they will pay the workers a little more or maybe even charge less).  Rich needs a much lower ceiling.  Make being a millionaire a biggie again and making a living wage universal.

Add large fees (a tax) for selling stock or commodities that were bought less than a year before.   (This will slow the market, but make it far more stable for 401k types).  Raise taxes on commodities and stocks and on anything that is basically making money on money but makes nothing and provides no service and hires few.

Add deductions for 1) Hiring Americans, 2) made 90% in America  Turn making something the way to get rich again.

Give sales tax breaks for top percentages of totally American products.  Add one hell of a large luxury tax to outrageously expensive items like limos, yachts, hotel suites, ridiculously priced meals, jewelry...reduced if totally American made.

Hell, I'd like to see year around school (no summers off) and everyone gets equivalent of first 2 years of college by 18.  Those that do well on the free 2 years of college courses, get 2 more.  All books free on supplied book readers.

None of these would qualify to be an Obamacar

Left out Boss 302, 351 & 409 plus the Shelbys of the first generation and the big block Mustang Mach I and Cobra R Mustangs. Also there are the Cobras of the Shelby era and the Ford GT's and GT40's. All of these go for big money at auctions all over the country.

Insanity. Silly me. I thought getting from point A to point B was the purpose of a car. If I had that kind of money laying around I would donate to an animal rescue. Each to his own.
