A $20K car is NOT economy. A $25K car most definitely is NOT.

Get a clue, MSN.

Why would you want to buy a Suzuki when they have pulled out of the US market?

If anyone has been paying attention for the last three to five years - the average cost of a new vehicle is approaching $27,000. Yes $27,000. Also, once again the narrow minded incredibly biased auto morons at MSN chose to completely ignore Mitsubishi and the long list of features offered on them. The Outlander Sport I bought has a list of standard equipment and a few extra features that is usually found on vehicles that cost $35,000 and up. Mine stickered at just over $26,000. If you are going to report  do it completely, fairly and accurately. And, - it is made in Normal, Illinois.

Out of curiosity I did a check on the Dodge Dart.  Checked out the specs a Dart with auto trans showed
Curb Weight - Automatic (lb.) 8837

Manual Trans:
Curb Weight - Manual (lb.) 3186

Hope the car is better then the editing.

I've driven then owned only Chevys for 30 years.  My boyfriend in 1982 had a Dodge Dart which is featured in this line-up.   That Volkswagon is looking pretty good with 3 kids and 3 dogs to haul around.

I'll stick with my Chevy Sonic. Luxury is just an illusion- performance is not. I could care less if it has 12 speakers and super foam padded seat. Unless it's a roaring v8 than economy it is for me.
