Rare and expensive vehicles and the stories behind their discovery.

Been a 'Vette lover since they were first produced in 1953.  Favorite one is '63 split window.  Stingrays were also at the top of my list.  This new 2014 Stingray should be classified with the '62 Corvair, '57 Edsel, and any year of the Yugo.  ALL failures. This clearly Italian-influenced (in more ways than one) vehicle is an insult to Harley Earl.  It's design is far from being an American muscle car. The interior is poorly set-up with controls that defy usage except when at a standstill.  G.M. is going to lose a lot of 'Vette people because of this poor choice. I sincerely hope and pray that this choice of styles is just a concept and not the REAL production version. If this is the production version, then turn it upside down and use it as a pig trough. That's all it's good for.

From viewing the pictures, my only impression was that UGLY is back with a vengeance.

Why does every single one of the new cars look like an english jogging shoe?

I still think Sam Snead was and always will be the best and greatest golfer ever,  Sam wn more than 140 touraments world wide,  ad the next runner up was Jack Nicholas with about 70 wins.  And, I think Ban Hogan was the second best, and then Jack perhaps third.   And,  Eldrick way down the list at about 143rd.

As a feller sez,  it is supposed t be Jack and Jill,  not Steve and Bill.

Looks like the new Vet made some needed changes.  I mght buy my 9th new Vet if GM gives some freebees and discounts.   I say either give some rebates,  or,  pay a few "billion" to small company's that went out of business when the prior GM beat them out of money GM rightfully owed them.  Sad, very sad.  And, all the while GM officers and CEO's draw fat salery's and "remain" in business,  after bankrupsey.

And, what about us stock holders that lost thousands ehen GM went south???????????

The Maserati looks the best in this group of photos. Why people like the design of these crossovers is beyond me.

The Lincoln MKC does not look very impressive.  I doubt it will sell.  There go the profits. Every time a car company inches ahead, it comes up with a loser which puts it behind.

Now is the time for a talented designer to step up and design a car that reaches out to car enthusiasts who enjoy a shape that truly strikes a cord.  The kind of car that you immediately distinguish from the rest as being unique and brilliant in execution. The kind of car you keep looking back at when you walk away.  The kind of car you clean and wax when it really doesn't need it.  Today's cars, trucks, and SUVs look like life size toys a child would play with. Bizarre, exaggerated front ends with scoops and cut outs that do nothing more than add shock to an overall shape designed by a computer and a wind tunnel. Huge, garish wheels seem like a last gasp attempt to hide medicrority. There was a time when I could not only easily name a car, but also know the year. Take the badges off new cars today and you are hard pressed to distinguish an Acura from a Lincoln. But hey, the car looks angry!  Please, someone stop the madness!!

Once again global corporate have acknowledged that all the purchasing power is in the hands of the 1%; that is who they are courting.

Once again Mercedes makes the ugliest looking car. At least they are consistent.
