Interesting design but those stupid black wheels make it look like an ugly pair of sneakers

Come on !   Its a Vette, and you know a load of people griped about the C-6 also.  The truth of it is, give it a little time.  I am very happy with my Z-06, but show me a C-7 dressed in Yellow.  I like it a lot.  I sure agree with some of the faults in the back, but It will make it big time!!   C-7 is welcome to take it place in my Vette history book.

Well i like it even more now that i have seen more pictures, as for the pop up headlights they took those out for aerodynamics to compete in speed with the Italian jobs. if you look they lost the pop ups about the same time . and those calling it a camaro hmm what to say , if you have watched the evolution i think some cues for the camaro came from the Vet concept cars, they were due to square off the car some nobody wants a barbie vet and this is no barbie vet, keep it up GM

looks like various design features that went into ferraris over the last ten years went into this one. Interior looks cheap, cheap looking push-button knobs you'd find on a Chevette.

Come on, you guys can do better than this.

There will be no doubt about what just blew your doors off when the Vet passes you
like you are parked. Score another one for the Bow Tie.

I've owned a '73, 76, and currently an '05. I must say those classics are the best looking and the most fun to drive. I like my C6, but it had to grow on me. I like the C7, but the rear is too Camaro-like. Round tail lights are synonomous with a 'Vette! I'm glad they wised up and brought back the Stingray name after 38 years!! ALL 'Vettes should be Stingers!!!

Watch Lightening McQueen on the movie "Cars" and you have it in a nutshell. Those designers must be youngsters enamored of cartoons!!!!!!!!

What's the fascination with black rims? I just don't get it. Call be old school, but I like chrome, smoke and BBQ.

I will stick to my 09 Dodge Challenger.   still the only one that looks like the old school cars to this day !!!!  come on make the old school cars loooooook like them not hack them up with 5 different years combined... you want to make sales bring back a 67 camero that looks like a 67 camero not what ever you came out with a few years ago.  make the 65 mustang look like the 65 mustang,  dont you car makers get it.  they got the bug correct after the 2nd try.  NOt that i like them.  make the 72 chevelle look like a newer car  with all the up to date stuff but keep the bodies as close to the same as you can , like the challenger !!!!

I like it, Looks like someone found a old picture of a mako shark from the 60's and took it to a new level glad they got rid of the flat ****.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but it looks more like a Camaro than a Corvette, especially from the rear. It doesn't look classy, or up scale. The interior looks like it should be in a carnival with a bunch of clowns. I've owned two vettes in my life, and think this could be the biggest

dissapointment, appearence wise, in a long time.

now, finally, supercar looks to go along with supercar performance.  as for those who say it looks like a Ferrari knock-off, that is the goal of most sports cars, what Ferrari has achieved.  but, I think this car maintains its Sting Ray character with some good modern appeal.  now I only hope the interior is of supercar quality, seems the appearance is vastly improved.  and I hope they did not skimp on a decent-start-of- the-art, stereo system maybe made by Alpine, not that cheap Bose with inferior speakers.  .

They lost me as a fan, when they stopped  the flip up/down headlights. Anything to save a buck.

Pathetic! Ive waited to see the new Corvette, thinking they would select the design from the Transformer movie. but oh no they put the Camero rearend on it and dont know what they were thinking about the front.

Sad, very sad in the design execution of an icon!

How disappointing...a caricature of a Corvette.
