Tundra intoduced in 07? Try 1999! Toyota can't blame the economy for this one.

I would've thought these would've made the list.

  • Pontiac Aztek
  • Chevy Volt
  • Chevy SSR
  • Fiat 500
  • Cadillac Catera
  • Plymouth Crossfire
  • Dodge Prowler
  • Ford Five Hundred

The article also states the toyota tundra was introduced in 2007, I believe it was 1999.

Surely you must find a place for the infamous General Motors 5.7 diesel engine.

i must say something about the toyota tundra.  here in texas, they are nearly as numerous as fords or chevys.  they are beastly and they run all day.  however, they have been around for two generations or  a dozen years or more.  id say thats staying power.  now the t-100 is a different story.  thats the truck for this story.

Mr. Mark Lachapelle,

I saw Tundra in your hate list but not Pontiac Aztek? Bro get out off your desk, hit the asphalt and learn more.

Tundra REALLY, I have had several cars in 31 years of driving from Vettes to Mercedes bought a Tundra in 08 by far the finest vehicle I have owned.  Look forward to driving it everyday has 68000 miles not the first problem.  ITS A BEAST.

Owned a Dodge but the rear end went out the first year traded it and lost my rear end again.  Nothing against the others but love my Tundra.

I own a 2001 Tundra, which, according to this article, is six years ahead of  the Tundra's introduction. It's been a great truck and I've owned it much longer than any other American made truck I've had (yes, they're made in the US).  I don't know anyone who owns one that doesn't like it.  How it appears in this article as a flop along with the Edsel and Vega is puzzling.

harris - if you have to finance the shoe 29K you can not afford the truck.
