I know I'm going to hear it from the Chrysler/Dodge haters, but I have an '07 Dodge Charger, and believe me, this is a roomy car (I'm assuming newer models are equally roomy).  This car is five years old, and I have yet to have ANY problems with it.  I have never been a Chrysler/Dodge fan myself, until now.  The car is big, roomy, reliable, powerful, and fast, very fast with the Hemi engine.  I'm about six feet tall, and actually don't have to put the seat all the way back to be comfortable.  This car could easily accommodate a guy 6'-6" tall or taller.  The Chrysler 300 is based on the same chassis, and is equally roomy.

At 6' 4" and 235 lbs., I have always had issues fitting into vehicles comfortably.  I had always wanted to buy a new Corvette when I retired but found upon trying one on that my legs were down a narrow little tunnel while I couldn't even raise my head to look straight ahead because of the low roofline.  All this with the seat adjusted full back and down.  I ran into similar fit problems with other vehicles but have settled happily with a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.  More head and leg room than I could ever use, better feel than the 2002 Ford Explorer Sport-Trac I had, and a better view than the 2005 Chrysler 300 Touring and 1999 Chrysler Concorde.  Great room and mileage with both the Chryslers by the way.  The SUVs may not have quite the good mileage stop & go around town, but once on the freeway for a long trip they stretch out their legs and deliver mid 20's regularly.  Plus there is LOTS of room for taking vacation needs or fetching home groceries or things from Lowe's or Home Depot.  When you are "big & tall" you just have to go try them on and bring home something you can live with.

You missed one. Honda Fit has lots of head room for us tall guys. The Accord much less and most Accords have a sunroof that takes away an inch.  I am 6'6" and drive a Corvette. I had to relocate the seat for head room but it was worth the effort and the car is very comfortable now.

The author really did a poor job researching this.

I've been in a Corvette, it's NOT roomy.  In comparison the Ford Mustang is cavernous, unless you get in the back seat, but as the driver, the Mustang makes the Corvette look like a "clown" car.

MSN has been having some serious issues with quality in all of their departmenst, but the automobile reporting is some of the poorest ever.  RESEARCH...RESEARCH...

Oh, another roomy vehicle...that humans can afford, compared to Escalade...Chevy Tahoe.

This article is a joke. There arent many cars anyone over 6ft can fit in comfortably, and you can forget about getting good gas mileage if you are! Even if these cars have leg room in the front no human can sit in the back seat. Like Shaq in the buick commercial, that dude cant even get his left leg under the steering wheel.

6'2", 260 pounds. Wife is 5'9" and in lots better shape than me.  Pontiac G8 fits me and three other adults.  Our personal economy cars is a Altima coupe, 30mpg highway.  We try to rent Chevy Impalas on vacation.  Big GM V-6's have good power and high mpg.

I bought a 2012 Infinity FX 35 $50000 +and realized its the worst SUV/crossover for the backseat. I also own a prius which has far better legroom and headroom than the FX. I regret the decision I made to buy the FX versus Buick Enclave now. My wife and children hate it . I would recommend Buick Enclave for the second and third row for any one up to 6 ft 2.
