First of all how many of THESE vehicles have actually been in a high speed chase with police?  If someone runs from the police in a Lamborghini, im gunna take a guess and say that they will find them later.

This list wasnt bad until I saw the POS Mazda on it.  Are you freaking kidding me?  A Chevy Volt would outrun that thing.

I agree with your reply Creede8. I dont care what kind of car it is, THEY WILL GET YOU. They have the numbers, radio signal, not forgetting air support.

Stupid artic;le.

The Koenigsegg Agera-R is newer than the CCR and even faster.  Do your homework.  I believe it is even faster than the Bugatti because it is so much lighter (only weighs 2900 lbs).

This is a stupid article, talk about performance cars fine, but why bring chases into it.  Law Enforcement officers hate chases to begin with and they can catch most vehicles due to superior driving skills and the radio.

I have a car that is not on this list, but is fairly fast for a big boat.  It is a 2007 Dodge Charger with the 5.7 liter HEMI.  The state patrol has identical cars in this area, and have clocked their own cars at 153 mph, not supercar speed, but pretty fast for a domestic sedan.

The enjoyment I get from the car is not so much testing its limits, but just in knowing what it can do, and having the power to pass without having to wait for a downgrade.  The power and acceleration capabilities of the car have gotten me out of a few binds, but my running-from-the-law days are long over and I am old enough to acknowledge my own mortality.  It's just nice to not have to flog some little four-banger car to get around somebody.

Who does the research for MSN? A police cruiser would catch Range Rover before it could hit the mud. Why is there a pick up truck on the list? This is a insult to police cruisers who have could catch half the jokers on this list without hitting 80mph. MSN there is a little invention called dispatch radio, they call cops miles in front of the speeder.  I have a GTR with Radar JAMMERS front and rear. You become a ghost an illusion. That is what works!!
