Oh look! A Veyron! There must be what, four in the country? Yep, pretty hard to work out which one it was. Apart from that it would probably be stuck behind some moron in a Foad Exploder POS eating a taco and talking on the phone 20mph under the limit in the left lane. The cops would just need to go to the report of the road rage to catch them.

Oh, come on! A list like this and no mention of the one car that can keep up with everything on there, including the ultra-expensive supercars, and blow the doors off almost everything else, but costs under $100K? I'm talking about the car that every auto magazine worth anything calls "Godzilla"- the Nissan GTR. 0-60 in 2.8 seconds off the showroom floor!!! All-wheel drive. A 'launch' button that will drop your heart into your stomach. OMG- a Range Rover? Who comes up with these things?

And the cops "fear" these cars....why?
Which one of the cars can outrun the radio? Which one is invisible to the growing numbers of cameras on businesses, highways, intersections, etc.? Which of these cars would be driven by someone who would be happy to have its overpriced rump slammed off the road by a waiting police Vehicle into a row of cement abutments? Run over stop-sticks? Don't give me run-flat tire nonsense, those can still be punctured and knock a substantial amount of speed off.
A bugatti Veyron? These overhyped, promises a lot but can't back it up phony re-invention of a once valid car brand....How many of these are on the road? 10? How many of those are owned in an area that has room for high speed running? Their sales are less than the Chevy Volt, so there won't be many around to fear. What a load of hooey. The police helicopter will remind you that the highway is NOT a NeedForSpeed game where you might have a chance.
