Alfa Romeo's Plan for Return to U.S. Market Leaked

4C concept to arrive first.

By Joshua Condon Jun 17, 2011 2:05PM
Yay for leaks! Even ones that might have been intentional.

Alfa Romeo's plans for its return to the U.S. market, using the Chrysler network, have been leaked in a concise and visually appealing graphic format. As you can see below, the stunning midengine 4C concept sports car, originally unveiled in Geneva, will lead the way in 2012. Other vehicles will include a sedan, wagon, hatchback and even a small SUV, Alfa's first foray into that market. And according to Automobiliac, the Giulietta will be launched stateside after its first refresh.

Check it out after the jump.

I am so there! You can't understand how exciting this really is unless you've driven an Italian car. No one can compare when it comes to fun-to-drive factor. Even if the electronics can be a little iffy. Just hope they don't Americanize it. Or even worse, Chrysler-ize it.

They shouldn't mention any affiliation with chrysler.

New generation of Alfa Romeo sedan and sportwagon
Alfa Romeo sportwagon in the U.S.? Yes please, with a diesel engine and manual transmission!

If FIAT does this, they will crush both the Audi A3 and Jetta TDI all in one fell swoop.
