Hyundai has set sticker prices on the five-seat version of its redesigned crossover, the 2013 Santa Fe Sport.

A base front-wheel-drive model with the 190-hp, 2.4-liter four-cylinder stickers at $25,275, including the $825 destination charge.

The Santa Fe Sport crossover was introduced at the 2012 New York auto show. A seven-seat version will launch in January.

Standard features on the Santa Fe Sport include a six-speed automatic transmission, air conditioning and Bluetooth connectivity. Tack on an addition $1,750 for the all-wheel-drive option.

A 264-hp turbocharged Sport 2.0T carries a sticker price of $28,525 including the destination charge.

The Santa Fe Sport arrives in dealerships late this summer.

Overpriced compared to the Mazda CX-5, Honda CR-V, or Subaru Forester which I assume are Hyundai's main competitors in this segment. Unless there are deep discounts/rebates/incentives, I see no reason to put this on my list as I will be in the market over the next 6-12 months.
