Infographic: Wheels of the Future

The technology of tomorrow is appearing in today's vehicles. Here's a look at what's in store for our cars.

As you've surely noticed, car technology is proliferating -- and fast. Vehicle-to-vehicle communication, access to cloud-based applications, 4G integration and safety features such as lane-departure warnings, automated braking and blind-spot warning are on the horizon, or in many cases already in vehicles for sale today.

We're not the only ones who have made an effort to peer into the future of the connected car. Tech and connectivity services company Symphony Teleca has put together a fascinating infographic on the present reality and likely future of connected cars and vehicle tech, and has given us the go-ahead to republish it in its entirety, below. New Cars are for people too  Lazy and Stupid to do and think for themselves !  Warnings and reminders for everything you should use YOUR OWN BRAIN FOR !  It's the DUMBING DOWN of America,  so we can be controlled by the Government , you IDIOTS !

This is quite stupid. A car that is trying to drive itself. It will brake prepare for an impact and do all that. People will ask if it can steer and accelerate by itself.

All of the complainers may as well get used to the idea, it's coming, like it or not, and more than likely once you have it in your own car, you will like it.
  Being inconsiderate and down right rude toward other drivers has reached an all time high so in my opinion, having a car that will broadcast your intentions (because you are too much of a jerk to do it yourself) will be a huge bonus to those of us that ARE considerate on the road.
  You pricks will no longer be able to tailgate, not use your turn signals, pull in front of someone too close to their front ends, pull out in front of someone coming down the road with the right of way and MORE!!! It will be great! You will be forced to be an **** in some other way than behind the wheel of your car.
