2014 Toyota Tundra to debut at Chicago Auto Show
Redesigned pickup will share stand with RAV4, Avalon.
Toyota will debut its redesigned 2014 Tundra at the Chicago Auto Show at 10 a.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 7. The reveal will be broadcast live at http://new.livestream.com/toyota.
The new Tundra pickup will take its place on the company's 45,000-square-foot stand, which will be a mix of new products and concept vehicles. (The 2013 Toyota Tundra is shown above.) The all-new 2013 Toyota RAV4 will be on display, as well as the new Avalon.
The Toyota Corolla Furia Concept will also make an appearance. We saw the concept at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this month. Toyota says the aggressive looking concept previews a redesigned Corolla. Guests can play with the Toyota Fun-Vii concept, which allows visitors to change the concept's exterior color and pattern using their hands.
The company's motorsports operation will take up a significant portion of the stand. A NASCAR-style garage will contain a Toyota Sprint Cup car and a Toyota-branded pace car that was used at Chicagoland Speedway. A SEMA Kyle Busch Camry will vie for attention along with a Toyota Racing Development accessories display.
