My top choice is the Dodge Grand Caravan - lots of room, very comfortable ride, automatic doors and large play space for thr dog!

I can travel great in a Ford Taurus or Fusion or even a GM  Sedan.  What is wrong with auto columnists? Its too bad that the Large Mercury's and Buicks have ceased to exist.

What a stupid report. I never see any of those cars on the road.

can't believe the list didn't include the ford flex.  without a doubt...THE MOST COMFORTABLE road vehicle ever made!

Remember that game they played on Sesame Street?  One of these things doesn't belong here, can you guess which one?  I think it is the Dodge, not because it's a bad  car but because it's at least half the price of any other car on the list.

most of us can barely pay for rent / morgage and still buy enough food for a week let alone a month and your advertising cars that cost most then most homes , isn't the point of advertisement to entice the public to purchase such things ?

perhaps advertising something a little more affordable , say I donno , bus passes would serve more purpose and not make the average citizen feel like a piece of sh*t  in turn causing more stress for families ?

I find it revolting and completely out of touch with reality to advertise these un-touchable vehicles under the title " " as if anyone can afford to purchase these cars as a regular everyday vehicle let alone purchase them JUST for the winter season !

you people running the media need to start realizing what kind of situation we are really in
goes to show that most media outlets know nothing of how the world is actually working

thanks for the eye candy , and further depression , stress and a feeling of worthlessness
mission accomplished msn .

Exactly what you need in the snow and rain ..a Tesla or Porche. Avg price assuming:50000 for anyone of these. pathetic article written again by MSN and its blind and greedy writers assuming we live in such a rich country.

I definitely can't afford any of these vehicles, but I enjoy reading about them.  This article from Motortrend is way better than the standard MSN fare of nonsensical lists written by people who apparently know zip about cars.  For example, the one about the Volt being the most-loved car in the U.S..........what?????  Thanks for this one!

Lots of comments seem to whine about these cars being out or reach for the average person, or pollitically incorrect statements. Lighten up! Do you want to read about the cargo capacity or average fuel economy of the latest boring-mobile? I don't. I don't care how little it will cost to go 400 miles in your Camry. I don't want to spend 400 miles in a Camry, or an Odyssey, or a Town & Country minivan, or any other family friendly and reasonably priced boring-mobile. Keep up the good work MSN.

I don't think MSN has anything against Toyota, do you?
