go ahead and buy an X3 without warranty with panorama sunroof failing left and right, coils going out, seat heaters catching fire, constant transfer case problems.
BTW i do have 07 x3 m sport, and it drives awesome, extended warranty till 100K.
The biggest problem with BMW is the recommended service intervals, oil change every 15k is not right.

Im from Michigan and most of these cars on here are still over 20k. So im not sure where they are getting these prices from.

There is a class action lawsuit against Porsche on their Cayenne and the plastic coolant tubes were used which tends to degrade and fracture causing engine coolant to leak into the engine, potentially leading to significant engine damage. 2006 is right in the middle of the Cayenne range. 2008 is when Porsche corrected this issue with the model re-design.
