Boy was this article ever soaking wet! The Chevy truck is NOT a better choice than the F-150 Ford. The Ranger isn't even made any more, the Camaros were listed, but not the Mustangs? The Ford cars have much better reliability factor than the GM cars. The Prius is dependable alright, you can depend on it going in for repairs on a regular basis.
Methinks this article was paid for by Gm /Toyota.
I have a 2005 Toyota Sienna. It has had 7 RECALLS on it. It is the worst car I have ever owned. Why don't you ask real people what they think. The van only has 27,000 miles on it. The power roof has also failed and they won't cover the repair because it is out of time warranty. They offered me $1,000 toward the repair which costs $2800.00. The roof leaks and won't close properly. I had never even opened the roof and it started to leak. When I tried to open it, it was frozen shut.
This van is total garbage.
You would not believe all of the parts that have been replaced in this thing.
1) Toyota Camry
2) Ford F-150
3) Honda Accord
4)Toyota Sienna
5)Honda Pilot
6)Chevy Traverse
7) Toyota Tundra
8) Jeep Liberty
9) Acadia
10) Buick Enclave
Now let's listen to the claims of USA Today being on the Japanese payroll as well!! Oh, US News ran a similar article with similar results, they must be on the take too. How can Honda and Toyota afford to pay off soooo many organizations? Wow!
Sooner or later you nay sayers are going to have to accept that the Japanese building cars here is great for our country and are doing more for our country than many domestic offerings. OR, keep living a life of denial, it's up to you. Those that simply choose to not accept the truth and would like to continue to keep their heads in the sand when it comes to what is good for our economy, please click on the thumbs down symbol now.
