Really?  I was expecting maybe some iconic muscle cars like the 71 Hemi Cuda Convertible (can you say Nash Bridges) or a 69 Mustang.  Maybe a 53 MG TD.  Not a Jeep Wrangler...who writes this crap?

Really? A Jeep Wrangler? It's not even a friggin' convertible! Who's the author of this article? AND of ALL TIME??? YGTBFKM. A Caddy, sure! A Vette, of course. Definitely an AC Cobra. Mustang for sure. Porsche and an XKE, by all means. You're pushing it w/ a Bugatti but I guess it still qualifies. You lost me w/ the T-bucket when those cars are scratch-built to begin with. Hell, I saw a convertible Taurus once. Do your research BEFORE you put this stuff together, please! Get an automotive guy to make up these lists, PLEASE! Don't make yourselves look like a bunch of idiots by posting these obviously un-automotive-educated articles. Some people will read this and mistake it for truth for pete's sake!

The only thing iconic is the stupidity of the writers of these articles.  There were many iconic convertible cars in history, not most of these.

1963/64 Chevy Impala SS convertible.

Since when is the Jeep considered a convertible, and the Bugatti as nice as it looks it is a targa top not a convertible.  Who the f... writes this ****.  This guy has not a clue about cars.

This list is so dumb. There are way more cars that I would want over alot of these. If I had to pick one of these i would pick the Bugatti just so I could sell it and get what i really wanted.

Well I find it ironic that the number one selling convertible for itsl time was the MGB much less the MG least the writer did place the Sprite in the list...I do believe they should get their facts right.

How about the spitfire and the MG-trx?

i owned 2 alfa spiders, and they were great, fun and inexpensive cars to own.

but the jag xke drop-top is still the most beautiful production car ever sold.
