This post is not accurate regarding the Hyundai - the 10 year/100,000 Mile warranty does not transfer to any owner...only the original warranty does. Hyundai does have a great warranty (more than most manufacturer's bumper-to-bumper warranty) but the lengthy Powertrain Warranty is only applicable to the first owner of the car. Maybe you can purchase a Hyundai extended warranty plan for that term, but it does not "come with" the car. Maybe facts should be checked so people aren't misled when attempting to make a large purchase.

These cars are still pretty pricey. I bought a 2007 Taurus with 80K miles on it. Some superficial marks but solid engine... all for $5450. It's good transportation, not a show-off car. I don't need a show-off car. What's just as good was the 5-year financing at 3.4% . I can live with that.

WE OWN A 1999 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GT 2DR. THE CAR HAS 160,000 MI. ON HER AND GETS 26-28 MPG WITH A 3.8 LT. 6 CYL. MY WIFE DRIVES 50 TO 75 MI. PER DAY AND THE CAR RUNS GREAT!!!!! TREAT THE CAR RIGHT AND IT WILL BE GOOD TO YOU. I AM 60 YRS.OLD AND ALWAYS BOUGHT AMERICAN CARS AND TRUCKS. ( THEN AGAIN THAT WAS BEFORE THE BAILOUTS.)
